What's your business, and who are your customers?

Our goal is to grow companies by growing Salespeople, Sales Managers, and Sales Departments. Our customers are Companies of $100 million where an owner/president/CEO is involved.

Tell us about yourself

I started the business 28 years ago. I have been in sales all my life, and originally I was a terrible salesperson and made very little money. When I started to read, learn and push myself, I started to grow to be one of the top salespeople in our industry. My goal was to help others like me by improving companies Sales Culture, Sales process and getting rid of people's Head Trash.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Growing my People, I have had 8 of my employees leave and start their own successful businesses.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being a good coach for your people, a good leader is taking someone where they didnt know they wanted to go.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Take your emotion out of it....out of everything. You must have personal goals; you must have a coach.
