What's your business, and who are your customers?

We have a food service business that includes a Dining Restaurant, Food trucks, and sells frozen empanadas.

Our customers are amazing people from Louisville and other cities. All of them are very kind, and we love them!

Tell us about yourself

We are a couple from Venezuela. My wife Nahyla and I started a small business because we wanted to share our culture and delicious food with everyone. We are growing with the support of Louisville and its residents, we receive rewards from them always, and it motivated us to continue and offer options for all of them, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more!!!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Our dear Alchemy family!!! All our customers are a very important part of our family!!!

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Build your brand and your name!!! You have to work very hard to let everybody know who you are!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
