What's your business, and who are your customers?
We're a US-based software factory. We build Web, Web3, and Mobile Software Applications with Remote Developers.
Tell us about yourself
Five years ago, as the founder and CEO of Cobuild Lab, I identified companies with a software development services proposition but with poor knowledge or execution. It allowed me to create this company and partner with entrepreneurs to help those companies achieve their goals.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
It is crucial to establish a relationship of trust with the client. For Cobuild Lab, no client will buy without trust, much less in the case of software development, which is an intangible product. The client contracts the service together with the promise that we will deliver an excellent product, and they make sure to hire the benefits to the one who provides solutions.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
For Cobuild Lab, from a business management perspective, the most effective teaching has been training and experimentation. What you've taught them to start with is an expensive product it's not viable for a customer who doesn't receive immediate value.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
I recommend for those just starting to do a product market fit, take care of your customers, refine your message until it's perfect, and focus on getting as many sales as possible.
