What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business supports businesses with Marketing services - offering end-to-end support to current in-house teams or just outsourcing the department. Our customers are large corporates, mid-tier companies, and SMEs.
Tell us about yourself
My Journey started after working in the corporate world - just having a young family with a third child and on maternity. One morning I had this " Light Bulb" moment. It took moments to set up the business and wishing weeks we were upon and running. The key thing that motivates me is delivering exceptional results for our clients; going above and beyond the customers' needs is hugely rewarding.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is by having a motivated and dedicated team and having fun along the way- this is something to be very proud and grateful for.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing that comes with being a business owner is wearing different hats, especially at the beginning - wanting to do everything yourself by spinning lots of plates leaves you working in the trenches instead of working on the business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Get the right team onboard - First hires should be sales/business development.
- Know your numbers if you are not a numbers person.
- Be customer-focused - delivering value is everything, and the rest will follow.
