Tell us about yourself

I've always been interested in marketing and interacting with people. I started my company six years ago because I wanted to use my expertise to help businesses in reaching their objectives. Every day, I am inspired by the challenge of finding innovative solutions to help businesses expand and reach their target audiences. I enjoy watching a business prosper and develop, and knowing that I played a role in it makes me feel excited to go to work every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to help over a hundred clients so far and accomplish their goals, and make an impact on their growth.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is managing a team. It can be difficult to find the right balance between delegating tasks and providing direction while still allowing team members to use their creativity and feel empowered. Fortunately, I have a great team that I now trust and that works better than me when it comes to specific tasks.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Invest in the proper resources. To help you succeed, invest in the right people, tools, and technology.
  2. Focus on customer experience. Consider providing an exceptional customer experience and focusing on creating relationships with your customers.
  3. Preserve agility. Be ready to pivot and adjust quickly to market developments. Be adaptable to stay competitive and keep your company up to current on market developments.
