I had a long successful career as a sales rep and reached a point in my life where I needed to be my own boss. There was certainly a need for a gluten-free option at events, so we started from there.

I have a happy, loyal team and dedicated, smiling customers. We've nearly doubled sales in less than three years (and during a global pandemic).
