What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is watching my team grow, helping them find the right new home, supporting their children, and being flexible with real vacation time so they can go spend real family time, finishing college or trade schools while working part-time. Growing and supporting the next generation of greatness.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Worrying about financial stability and cash flow to keep my entire team during the uncertainty of the supply chain and the cost of goods increases.
