What's your business, and who are your customers?

My coaching practice weaves positive intelligence and health/wellness coaching into a whole human format. My clients choose and face major life changes and re-alignments with courage and playfulness. We can choose exactly how we want our lives to be, and with creativity and resourcefulness - sometimes all we need is the curious, intentional, and supportive push of a coach.

As a team, we explore alignment, the reframing of old and limiting stories, eliminating self-sabotage, and creating sustainable actions to achieve the life my clients want. Through my coaching, in conjunction with the courage and vision of my clients, we are able to create fulfilling changes in careers, relationships (of all kinds!), lifestyles, health, and intellectual/emotional/spiritual harmony.

Tell us about yourself

I am fascinated by the stories we tell ourselves that are limiting our success and happiness. Whether taught to us by our society, our families/direct connections, the media, or what we make up for ourselves - we tend to put more weight on the limiting beliefs we have than the unlimited potential we have. Guess what? The rules about how we should live our lives are all made up so we can create our own!

Herein lies the important factors that have made my life and work so fulfilling and impactful to others. Four years ago, I began a journey of questioning and reframing all of these narratives I was imprisoned by. In a 6-figure corporate job that was "safe" but not fulfilling, in a marriage that wasn't healthy/growth inspiring/aligned, in a body that wasn't cared for/healthy/loved, and in a lifestyle that wasn't making my heart leap every day.

So I chose to believe in my potential instead of my "limits." After that, EVERYTHING changed! Inspiring and helping others to do the same is my motivation. I know what's possible in every human being, and now it's my life's passion to make sure each human being I work with discovers that too!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Every single client rates my coaching as "Life Changing." THAT is my greatest accomplishment!

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Being a business owner/entrepreneur is like sailing the ocean with zero navigation, zero sailing experience, an extreme fear of the water, and a heck of a lot of hope! The hardest lesson is accepting and celebrating failures as a beautiful part of the process.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Just start somewhere! Perfection is a dream killer.
  2. Consistency is important, but schedule breaks for recharging the energy around your purpose.
  3. Be flexible, roll with the seasons, and go with the flow. Things are always changing.
