Banff Wellness Practice is a holistic wellness space offering Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, CranioSacral, Reiki, Guided Breath Work, Osteopathy, Reflexology, Somato Emotional Release, TMJ release, Scar Mobilization & Breast Massage for post-surgery. We have something for everyone. Highly trained therapists offering the best massage and holistic services in Banff!

Emily and I have been RMTs for over 15 years. We came together to bring our expertise into an integrative wellness setting and opened Banff Wellness Practice. With an incredible team of knowledgeable, experienced therapists, we support Banff's community and beyond. Wellness is our focus; to aid healing is our passion. At the Banff Wellness Practice, we hold space for transformation and inspiration to happen.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Opening Banff Yoga Practice one month before a world pandemic hit. Then opened Banff Wellness Practice 2 years later.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Creating a balance between business life and home life.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
