Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in training and development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Eli Mizelman, owner of EM-SportScience, located in Vancouver, Canada.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

As a sport scientist, I offer variety of services to professional athletes, teams, companies, and individuals. These services include lectures & seminars, nutrition plans, training programs, supplement research & development, sport analytics, and more.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Having real people asking me for a picture with them.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Time. And if you are a student at the same time (like I am), then time, patience, and the ability to change hats from the "Academic" one to the "Business" one, and vice versa.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Original high quality content.

2. Patience (a lot of it).

3. No matter how small or big your business is, there is always someone out there that is going to hate it. Be aware (especially when people get closer to you).

Where can people find you and your business?
