What's your business, and who are your customers?

I specialize in Admin Support, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, List Building, and Online Research. As a full-time top-rated freelancer, I've four years of experience in this field makes me work ethically and very professionally. My Clients are startup agency owners and the ones who need to promote their businesses digitally.

Tell us about yourself

Success is what motivates me to do a good job. Knowing the fact that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success is what keeps me going. I feel that aligning the company's vision and values with my own is one way to achieve that. When I know that my efforts are following the correct path, it encourages me to push more. Hence, for me, success is important at a personal and organizational level. Motivation is seeing the organization grow, leading to personal achievement and success. There might be instances of failure or stagnation but it does not demotivate me anyhow. On the other hand, I feel re-invigorated to perform even more. The taste of success after failure keeps the fire going within me, no matter the circumstance.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Meeting amazing clients virtually. They're a joy and an inspiration to me. They always keep me on my toes with their questions, which means I do a lot of learning myself, which I love.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

It depends on the day or month, or project. The hardest part today is not enough funding, while tomorrow, it may be too many clients and not enough qualified employees to handle the workload. The hardest part is being a multi-tasking problem solver and project manager.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be passionate.
  2. Start while you are still employed.
  3. Write a business plan and execute it right away.
