What's your business, and who are your customers?
Here at Bianchi Candle Co, we make all-natural soy candles that are set to inspire people. We have words and quotes on our boxes like Joy, Bravery, Hope that have a deeper meaning behind the word. Our mission is to "light the way to a better world," and we do that with every candle we sell. Bianchi Candle Co loves to give back to Non-Profits and its community. We have partnerships with our Hero line. We also do partnerships with the American cancer society, Partnership 4 Kids, And habitat for humanity.
Tell us about yourself
I started my company when I was just 12 years old. I started with a small candle-making kit in my kitchen and grew one business after another into the Bianchi Candle Co you see today. One of the biggest things that inspire me every day is the people I get to explore this journey with. Every customer, Business owner, Team member, and family member motivates me to keep believing in myself and everything we do here!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to give time, resources, and financial aid to people and non-profits who need it
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Well, being a business owner is never easy. But some of the hardest things is not letting your failures dictate your ability to run your business and be a leader.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Stay strong even in tough times like right now.
- Expand your network and always know people want to help you.
- Make sure to stay true to why you started your company.
