What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a Shopify Expert e-commerce agency, and we work with businesses of all industries, including interior design, fashion, eyewear, electric mobility, and furniture, to build unique and profitable online stores.

Tell us about yourself

I got started in this business because I was fascinated by the challenge of creating an effective online shopping experience for customers. The idea that someone could purchase a product they've never seen from someone they don't know and trust the process enough to pay upfront has something magical to it. The challenge of constantly improving the customer experience and helping businesses succeed in the digital age is what drives me.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Our biggest accomplishment as business owners is the growth and success of our clients. When we onboard a new client with a 4-figure monthly online turnover and then look back a couple of years later to see that they have consistently grown to a 7-figure monthly turnover, it is a testament to the impact we have had on their business and a source of great pride for us. Seeing our clients thrive and reach new levels of success is the ultimate reward for the hard work and dedication we put into every project.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things about being a business owner is the loneliness that often comes with the job. Running a business can be a solo pursuit, and decision-making can be challenging and stressful, especially when faced with unexpected challenges or setbacks. However, despite the difficulties, the experience of overcoming those challenges and learning from them makes us stronger in the long run and better equipped to handle future obstacles. The ability to grow and develop as a business owner is a reward in itself and one of the reasons why we continue to persevere despite the challenges.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
