What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business involves helping individuals and organizations establish an online presence and create successful online businesses using e-commerce and social media. My primary focus is on guiding and assisting my customers in building an e-commerce platform that effectively showcases their products or services and drives sales. I also provide support in developing a social media strategy that enables them to reach their target audience and build a strong online brand.

My customers are typically individuals who are interested in starting an online business or established businesses looking to expand their online presence. They may have limited experience in e-commerce or social media, and they seek my expertise to help them navigate the complexities of online business and maximize their chances of success. By providing personalized guidance and support, I aim to help my customers achieve their goals and thrive in the competitive world of online business.

Tell us about yourself

I was born in Ecuador. In 2014, I moved to Miami and started working in a diplomatic office. While I enjoyed the job initially, I soon realized that it wasn't the career path I wanted to pursue long-term. In 2017, I stumbled upon the dropshipping space and started selling products through Amazon. This experience opened my eyes to the world of e-commerce and the endless possibilities it offers. As I learned more about online business, I became passionate about helping others achieve the same success that I had found.

Now, what motivates me each day is the opportunity to share my knowledge and help others build their own successful online businesses. I find great satisfaction in seeing my clients succeed and grow, knowing that I played a small part in their journey. I am constantly learning and evolving, striving to stay ahead of the curve and provide the most up-to-date guidance and strategies.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is helping my clients achieve their goals and dreams through their online businesses. When I started my business, I wanted to help people create successful e-commerce ventures that would allow them to live life on their own terms. Over time, I have worked with many amazing clients and seen them grow and succeed beyond their wildest expectations.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The weight of this responsibility can be overwhelming at times, particularly when you're dealing with limited resources, a rapidly changing marketplace, and high stakes. It can be difficult to balance competing priorities, such as short-term versus long-term goals, financial versus ethical considerations, and personal versus professional obligations.
