What's your business, and who are your customers?

We launched in 2017 to help the most aspirational businesses in the legal cannabis and psychedelics sectors attract and retain leadership talent.

Tell us about yourself

I began in medical device and biotech and retained executive search straight out of college many years ago. We chose to launch a search firm in cannabis and psychedelics because of personal interests and the opportunity to serve an unmet need that existed.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I am extremely proud of the goodwill we've built in the legal cannabis and psychedelics communities while helping to change peoples' lives and scale businesses that are changing the world.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest things about owning our own small business are finding downtime away from the business and making good decisions around the clock for the business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find and serve a real need, and do it well.
  2. Ensure that your family is fully on board with the commitment.
  3. Keep fixed overhead costs as low as possible for as long as possible.
