I help women 35+ heal their hormones and lose weight with functional testing, nutrition & simplicity.
Tell us about yourself
I'm Tina! I'm an FDN-P, RCPC, and Certified Nutrition Coach. I am also the Founder of Carrots' N' Cake, Author of The Everything Macro Cookbook, YouTuber, podcast host, and Creator of the StrongMadeSimple Program.
As someone who works with thousands of women year after year, I know that the combination of nutrition, fitness and support is essential for achieving positive changes in body composition and maintaining those results long-term without making yourself crazy in the process.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I've run a successful online business for 15 years. I was also able to transition from a blogger/influencer to an entrepreneur with a multi-six-figure nutrition coaching business.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Constantly questioning what you're doing and the emotional rollercoaster of being a business owner. Haha!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Find what you are passionate about.
- Try and test free tools/platforms to grow your audience before investing.
- Find 'your people' and treat them well.
