Chatting with Janese Recolan, spiritual coach and healer

Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in healing and wellness, but not sure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Janese Recolan of Hawaii

What's your business and who are your customers?

My business is for ambitious successful mothers who are looking to break through their karmic ancestral limitations. Connect to their inner guidance. To stand in their power and finally trust themselves with deep unapologetic self - confidence.

I am a spiritual coach and healer and a generational Kahuna wisdom keeper. Which means I blend spiritual 1:1 coaching, energy healing and intuitive guidance all in one.Using my Ancestral clean up method. Instead of using traditional ways of analyzing your beliefs.

I help women connect to their female energetics in their body. To activate their creative power and emotions. I believe by clearing their family karmic patterns from their lineage you can live a balanced and worry free life!

Tell us about yourself

I was born into a lineage of kahuna's but in order for me to use the gifts I needed to do my own work on clearing the fear and come out of hiding and shame. So that I can show up in the world as the real me to help others.

What really pushed me to do the work I needed was when I got pregnant with my son. Because I didn't want to pass down the karmic baggage to him and I knew I needed to be the one to do it, so he can have complete freedom in his life.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to live my life's purpose.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Trusting in myself that I can do it.

What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Trust in yourself, Keep on learning and growing, enjoy every moment.

If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?

Keep showing up.

What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance?

Morning Routine and boundaries.

Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and why?

Eugenia Oganava is my business coach and mentor - she helped me get to where I am today. Before her I lacked structure. She showed me what I needed and helped me with a road map so I am confidant where and what direction my business is going every step of the way.
