What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Building a team that will help the business grow and succeed. The days are not easy, and you can't do it alone. You need a team you can count on to help the business move forward.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Growing a new business. This doesn't always mean just gaining size and strength. It's navigating all the little aspects that are the foundation of the project. Whether it's manpower, manufacturing, logistics, or scheduling, each component has to be in place to run efficiently and be successful.
