You don’t have time to waste on ineffective solutions. All areas of our lives are interconnected, and when one area is struggling, it can put all areas at risk. Tell us about yourself

I've been coaching since 2008 and have been passionate about psychology, growth, and development ever since. Being a part of real-time transformations and ah-ha moments for my clients drives me to continue my work and my own growth. I'm a constant learner and truly enjoy helping others do the same.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Knowing that I am building a company that not only helps people during their personal or professional development is fantastic, but I am also creating employment opportunities for others who, like myself, were skillful and industry experts but didn't thrive in the traditional workplace model is something I am deeply proud of.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Everything lands on your shoulders, and the responsibility is massive. I don't take it lightly because, at the end of the day, I realize my company isn't about me; it's about my clients and their success.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Know your market. Understand who your audience is and target them at each of the buying phases.
  2. Do your research and competitive analysis. Who else does what you do? How can you do it better and differently?
  3. Think outside the box. There is power in polarity; sometimes, things that do not seem to work together or do not relate to each other can be the very thing that makes you unique in your marketplace.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I could talk about tips, strategy, and the psychology of marketing for hours!
