Complete Performance utilizes fitness, fuel, and family to transform the lives of busy men and women through in-person, hybrid, or remote coaching.
Tell us about yourself
In college, I swore I'd never be a personal trainer, but I quickly fell in love with it working at my first gym. Shortly after, I realized I wanted to create a space for men and women to transform their lives through functional fitness. I love celebrating the daily wins of our clients (big and small) - it makes my day!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is taking the leap to open a business with my husband!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
My business is my life - I truly love what I do. However, it's hard to create and maintain that boundary to not let it consume my entire life.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Speak to and listen to your audience - They'll tell you how you can best serve them.
- Ask questions - Set pride aside, get a mentor, and seek guidance from those who have come before you.
- Consistency is key - Great businesses weren't built overnight, so do the dirty work and enjoy the process of building this from the ground up.
