What's your business, and who are your customers?
Creative Health is a Virtual Management Services Organization for Integrative and Functional Medicine Practitioners and a Digital Clinic for clients looking to improve their health.
Tell us about yourself
During the pandemic, I was living in Spain and wanted to bring my holistic practice fully digital and realized there were no platforms offering practitioners a one-stop shop where they could have all the systems connected to provide a HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform and client portal, as well as combine with a digital self-education platform where I could offer fully digital health programs.
So I decided that, with my 25 years of engineering and project management expertise, my mission was to bring the technology together and offer it to the other practitioners who didn't have the same skills, budget, and time to build such a comprehensive software and services offering.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Launched and managed a health tech platform as a solo female founder, fully bootstrapping all the investments.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Seeing the potential and long-term vision but living with the baby steps required of a bootstrapped initiative.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Love what you do, so it takes you through the entire journey.
- Fall in love with your clients and the problem you are trying to solve.
- Launch and get feedback as early as possible, even if it's far from perfect.
