I run a business management agency that supports online business owners to run the backside of their business smoother.
Tell us about yourself
When I first started, I was working a corporate job and knew I wanted more freedom in my schedule. I knew I was good with tech, but I really fell in love with it when I started creating websites and automation for business owners. Each day, I am motivated by my love for what I do, knowing that my life is scheduled how I want it, and I work on my own terms.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a business owner, my biggest accomplishment to date has been bringing on a team of experts in different fields so that I can serve more online business owners and support them in ways I could not go on my own.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things for me that have come along with being a business owner has been finding a balance between work and setting work boundaries.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Use your free time for yourself and set boundaries when it comes to your work limitations.
- Find what you love to do ...and outsource the rest.
- Don't be afraid to be flexible and learn to adapt after failures.
