What's your business, and who are your customers?
Simply put, my goal is to help people better so they can experience more of life's wonders! While I see people of all shapes and sizes, I try to empower all to prioritize movement in their lives. It requires work, but it's so so worth it, and I'm there to guide those along the way!
Tell us about yourself
COVID gave me the nudge I needed to open my business. I took a leap of faith, and it's paid off. There have definitely been some tough days, but I've pulled through stronger each time! I'm motivated to empower individuals to take ownership of their health. Movement is life, and sooner or later, we all realize this. I often tell my clients that 'you will be your best therapist, but I can guide you along the way.' I'm trying to reduce my role in certain ways yet immensely increase it in others.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Failing, try again, repeat!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable most of the time.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be ready (and excited) to fail!
- Have some stability to fall back on, whether it's a partner's income, savings, or side jobs.
- Make connections, real ones!
