What's your business, and who are your customers?

Easy Breezy makes the creamiest, yummiest, and healthiest frozen yogurt, custard, and vegan soft-serve in the world! Our customers are kids, kids-at-heart, and the adults who care for them.

Tell us about yourself

I knew no one was doing frozen yogurt/soft-serve right. There are so many companies hand-crafting everything from chocolate to olive oil, but no one has taken the same approach with frozen yogurt. I am committed to consistently serving a high-quality product with excellent customer service. We have 80% repeat business - it is the families that come back loyally year after year that motivate me.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

An excellent product and a happy and accountable staff that enjoys their job and offers great customer service as a result.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The buck stops with me - any problems that come up are mine to solve.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Know your values. Define your mission statement and stick to it. And if your first business doesn't succeed (or your second or third), try to fail fast, dust yourself off and try again.
