What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a confidence and mindset coach for women who feel overwhelmed, struggle with self-doubt, and who have lost confidence in themselves. Take ownership of their power and create a life on their own terms, rooted in self-worth.
Tell us about yourself
I am internationally recognized top instructor in the performance space with over ten years of experience supporting and coaching women from all over the world. I understand just how vital it is to look at the whole woman when it comes to the goals and desires each woman has. It is crucial to nurture and transform the foundation upon which those goals and desires are rooted so they may be reached with ease, confidence, and joy.
I understand the demands of being a woman. I own my business since 2008, and I have toured over 13 countries as a coach and professional dancer, being married and having two boys under three.
Through my tours and coaching practice, I have coached over 8,000 individuals throughout the world on self-worth, confidence, and taking ownership of their life.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Traveling the world supports individuals to connect/re-connect with their inner confidence and step into their power.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Balancing having my family (a three-year-old and a 6-week old).
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Follow their passion in their business.
- Get really good at Doing, Delegating, or Ditching items on your to-do list.
- Be willing to invest in yourself and your business (get out of your comfort zone) to grow your business.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I truly feel like my life's purpose is to support people in owning their power, be confident in themselves and live in alignment with their true selves.
