Tell us about yourself

I am so passionate about health. I have seen that most of the health issues we face today are lifestyle-related. I feel good every day, have lots of energy, and it makes life worth living. I want to be able to share with others how they too can have abundant life and age with grace, vigor, and vitality.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to have reversed diseases that doctors have said are impossible, including cancer.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Long hours and 'filling' in the gaps when staff is not available. Just trying to juggle healthy home life with managing a business, the front line, and the administrative side of it all.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure you have the support of your family, either physically or in the background.
  2. Start small. Don't make big investments in products or machinery, tools, etc. As the business grows, you can buy bigger things, but start small and take baby steps. Don't get ahead of yourself.
  3. Know your worth. When you find that you are overworking yourself, ask yourself if what you are doing is worth your time. You may need to consider hiring some help or stop that task altogether.
