What's your business, and who are your customers?
I offer Breathwork to people who want to understand themselves deeply, heal traumatic chapters in their life, and come home to themselves! The mission of my business is to provide healing that connects and aligns body, mind & soul. I help people to find their truth and learn to embody that truth and bring it to the table of life!
Breathwork is one of the most profound healing modalities we have available right now! It works in the nervous system, which is a place that can’t be ignored on the journey of healing because we receive life through the nervous system. It’s good and important to understand yourself, but deep permanent healing lies in a healthy, regulated nervous system.
Tell us about yourself
My name is Eva, and I’m a healer! I started my healing journey out of a massive nervous breakdown where my body couldn’t take it anymore, and I was forced to change! It was a huge wake-up call where I turned every little inch of myself upside down to understand and heal. I released a striving market-ruling business that I had been running for 10 years, a marriage, and basically everything I owned. That was in 2007, and from here on, I slowly peeled off layers of the false self, and came back to me! On the journey of healing myself, I discovered my soul, which is a healer! Today I allow my soul to take over this life journey, and I make myself available to be in service for humanity to heal and find new ways of living. Since I’m little, I have felt this deep love for humanity and the Mission to make the world a better place for all of us! I learned many healing modalities during this time (and I’m a constant learner) which now makes it possible to be super flexible in approaching healing from many places, and I’m able to give what people need the most in a session.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I would say to step out of my own way and get the business going! My business requires constant growth and healing in order to help people heal. My biggest accomplishment is that I’m very fulfilled from my work, and I found and answered my calling. It’s a wonderful feeling. I wish it to everyone.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I found it hard to get the business going, and then the first two years were hard to grow into an entrepreneur and find ways to grow the business. If you’re in that phase of business, keep up, keep going. It will get easier with time and experience. Finding people that are on the same path of entrepreneurship is essential.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
My top 3 tips are - if you have a calling and want to answer it, start with what is easy and possible today! I have such a huge vision for humanity that I was often overwhelmed by the size of my project, so I didn’t start. When I brought it closer to ‘what can I do today or this week”? Things started for me.
The second tip is to analyze what problem needs to be solved and then learn to solve it! Cultivate a place within where you think of solutions and possibilities rather than problems and lack of things!
My 3rd tip is to be open and flexible. Opportunities are at every corner if you’re looking for it! Open yourself up to receive your inner abundance so that the universe can pour more abundance.
