What's your business, and who are your customers?

We sell organic cocktail mixers for the busy modern lifestyle. Our consumers are busy professionals and parents that need a quick fix for date night or hosting a get-together.

Tell us about yourself

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis back in 2019 and decided to start a business in case I wasn’t able to provide in the future. Accomplishing this is my biggest driver every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Getting the product from idea to retail has been huge for me. I have no business or manufacturing background, so this is a big deal for me.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Managing the unexpected while still being a husband, father, and son.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure your goals are aligned with your significant other or support system.
  2. Maintain everything lean. You can always do it or find it for cheaper. Always look for the lowest cost. You will learn from that option and be able to know what you need for the pricier tier.
  3. Learn project management! This was perhaps the biggest wake-up call for me. I learned it after I had my product in hand. Had I learned it before starting, I would’ve saved thousands of dollars.
