Tell us about yourself and your journey to where you are today...

My background and life's career are different from the flower industry and started when I was 16 years old when I got my first job in a restaurant, hospitality, and since then I have fallen into it for 14 years. I became a manager very young at 22 years old being a very ambitious and driven individual.

My flower story started 7 years ago when I decided to work from a home studio and get into the events, weddings world at the same time I was working full time as a General Manager. I have to say that it was more successful than I expected it to be but after 2 years of hard work my personal life took an unpleasant turn and I had to start with my life from zero and rebuild from scratch. I focused on my management job as it was a secure income at the time and packed my flower dream for later in life when I would have better circumstances. Over 2 years ago I decided to unpack and dust off my flower dream therefore I took the plunge as they say and given up on my life's career to make a start in the flower world.
It's been a challenge with lots of ups and downs but I wouldn't change it at all.

My obsession with flowers, nature, gardening has been inspired by my grandparents and my mom. I grew up running in countryside fields, caring for vegetables and flowers, feeding farm animals, and learning the groundwork. The rewards that nature itself brings are so so rewarding and valuable for our life story.

What motivates you each day?

The look of a single flower bloom, the beauty of leaves, all the incredible shapes and textures brought up by nature. The explosion of colors - they all offer such a rewarding and rich feeling that no matter how hard work floristry world is you become constantly obsessed by all nature's gifts and treats.

What makes your flower business stand out?

I have built every last detail of what my small floristry business is today with the idea of offering value for money. Therefore my choice in flower variety of dried & preserved seemed to be the best go-to given the huge trend in everlasting flowers which I believe is here to stay for a long time. I love the idea of creating floral designs, gifts, and different project briefs based on the client's requirements.

I truly believe that bringing imaginary ideas, and visions to life is the core of what being a flower designer means. I love when my client brief blends interior design touches, and I have the honor and opportunity to bring that extra touch of comfort and well-being in someone's home. Weddings are always special as you get to create and get inspired by so many life and love stories

What's been your biggest accomplishment to date as a business owner?

Being able to shift my imaginary views into photo styling and photoshoot production briefs is been an awesome accomplishment and opportunity. At the same time, only being able to do what I am doing today is a huge accomplishment for my heart.
