What's your business, and who are your customers?
Frabul, LLC works with businesses to maximize top-line financial performance through the development and implementation of a sustainable and scalable sales infrastructure as well as training programs on Business Development and Customer Service.
Tell us about yourself
I am an Electrical Engineer by degree, Sales Leader by experience. For over 25 years, I have been a successful Senior Sales Leader for a number of companies in the Industrial and DoD markets. Throughout my career, I have gravitated to companies that were underperforming and fixed them by implementing a scalable sales infrastructure, building great sales teams, and keeping them sharp. I left the corporate world to do this full-time as it is my passion.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment has been to create an extensive network of complimentary consultants who support my clients in areas I don't.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Prioritizing activities outside of working with clients.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start with a minimum of 1-year seed capital.
- Be prepared to work long hours.
- Get involved with a peer network to share ideas.
