Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with George Bryant, CEO of Ahuahueya Inc., located in Whitefish, MT, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

Since 2010, I've transformed some of the biggest online brands across multiple industries through the power of relationships, scaled multi-million dollar businesses, and created priceless customer journeys. My mission is to help entrepreneurs ethically scale their business by shifting marketing paradigms through proven frameworks and sharing lessons and strategies I've used to help build 7-figure businesses and The Mind Of George from the ground up.

Tell us about yourself

After instantly losing seven figures and a multi-million dollar business in a matter of days, I realized one thing- trends come and go. Relationships are what will make you money forever.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment in business came four years ago when I realized the way that everybody else was doing business was misaligned with mine. And people told me that I couldn't do business the way I do. I couldn't value relationships, I couldn't care about people, and I couldn't give it all away for free. When everybody told me I couldn't, I said I would anyways, and I fucking did it, and it took four years for it to come around.

I have been aligned and congruent with everything I've done since I made that decision, and the patience has paid off. Now I have a business and a life that I absolutely love, and that is fully aligned with every ounce of my existence. I enjoy everything I do every moment I do it. It feels like a gift to run my business every day. And in the face of massive resistance where everybody was like charge more up, sell more down, sell more to close more, I went to give more. By staying true to my principles and what I truly believed to be true, it benefited us in the long run.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

It took me thirty years to realize that we often see things as we are, not as they are. None of us ever have a marketing problem; we have a relationship problem- with ourselves, our team, and our customers. Entrepreneurship reflects who we truly are. Deep beneath a dangerous game of addictions is something more significant waiting for us. This is why I believe in humans over everything. Because critical shifts in my life happened when I started doing less and spending more time with myself. It was hard…but it was the only thing that allowed me to be here today with you.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Prioritize people over the transaction.
  2. Add value whether or not they give you their credit card.
  3. Your relationship with yourself dictates every relationship in your life.
