What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help build million-dollar brands in my coaching business. I am excellent at sales and marketing.
Tell us about yourself
I quit a 6 figure job working in the IT field for a Telecommunication company. I started my business 20 years ago because I wanted to stay home with my babies.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I think that really is having faith in myself that I could do the thing. Stepping out in complete faith is huge for me.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Excellent time management so that you don't get overwhelmed. When you are a business owner - even when you have a team - it is super easy to get overwhelmed if you don't have good time management and systems/processes.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Focus on the one thing your business needs to solve for someone.
- Set up your systems.
- Invest in yourself and your business. Don't be a bargain basement thinker if you want to build a huge business.
