What's your business, and who are your customers?

High Luxury jewelry. Our clients are very important people that are looking for something new and exclusive. I have just been appointed CEO of Gismondi 1754 in the Americas.

Tell us about yourself

I am from Italy, and I started in Milano with Versace. I was in charge of sales and marketing for the Americas and in charge of the "Precious items" division. After I joined de Grisogono from Geneva, Switzerland, as President always for the Americas.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I am not a business owner, but my biggest achievement for the companies I worked for was developing, expanding, and bringing brand awareness to the companies I worked for.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

In order to make a successful company, be consistent, relentless, and focused.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Be patient, consistent, and dedicated.
