Tell us about yourself

When I was in second grade, I discovered a SECRET! I was known as the girl with a broken brain. When I was 18 months old, I fell from the second-floor window of my house onto the dirty dishes outside our kitchen. My mom heard that loud noise of broken plates and thought it was coming from the dogs. She ran outside the house to see her baby, me, lying there with blood running from my head, nose, mouth...everywhere. She was terrified as she carried me to the doctor. That doctor told my mom that I would probably be very slow once in school if I survived this accident. This proved to be accurate in the beginning.

I know my mom always had the doctor's words in her head, and she probably didn't expect much of me when getting good grades. She was right. In Thai culture, if you aren't getting good grades, you are ignored by the teachers, regardless of why. I felt invisible. I never excelled until I found something exceptional inside me that differed from other people - a drive that pushed me to pursue ways of doing things better. My young heart wanted to be more and surpass the people around me. So I learned how to improve my mindset, fear, and shame and change my brain patterns.

I came from the third-world country of Thailand, from a lower-middle-class family. I didn't have an MBA or go to business school. I'm just a regular person like you who has a dream, trying to walk every day of my life with great intention. What I learned is based on my life experience and so many of my stories about the challenges on the personal and professional levels. It applies to many different types of people from all walks of life.

My journey began as a classical Thai dancer at a very young age and has continued this path for over twenty years. I went to India and learned Indian Classical Dance for my Master's degree and have become a very well-known Asian-Contemporary dancer and choreographer in Asia. I am also a devoted Ashtanga yoga practitioner and experienced yoga teacher/influencer for over 15 years. I love teaching yoga and seeing meaningful changes in people's lives.

In 2015, I became a founder of Yoga Business Mastery and taught Yoga Business Teacher Training programs and advanced yoga workshops, hosted yoga retreats at my retreat center, Samadhi Retreat Center in Thailand, and coached countless yoga teachers and yoga studio owners to improve their business success. In 2020, I founded Go All In media and committed to teaching the world the art of truly living an extraordinary, fulfilling, joyful, prosperous life.

I believe "Our lives are part of the universe's bigger plan for us. We must seek, believe in, and live daily with full intention. We can achieve anything we want and mean to be." The end goal for my life is to "leave a legacy." My joy is waking up daily, spending time with my family and my two children, Sam and Sariah, and living life to the fullest potential. I believe you also can do the same.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I am glad that I wrote the Bestselling book, Go All In; I revealed the principles of Go All In to empower others to practice and step up toward lifelong results, and it has been featured in over 480 media as such CBS, ABC, Fox, NBC, 3TV, International Business Times, Authority Magazine, Wall Street Select, NY Headline, LA Daily News, Success Profile Magazine, The Health Journal, Fitness Republic, and was interviewed by Kajabi, one of the most sophisticated solutions on the market for creating online course platforms.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Entrepreneurship can be a lonely journey. That's the hardest thing for me to have to pick myself up every day when no one around me believes and gives me the type of encouragement I was looking for. The mindset is the most important for entrepreneurship. I try to practice the Go All In principle every day.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. GO = Start now, don't wait until you're ready because you will never be ready anyway.
  2. ALL= Give all you have, asking yourself how bad you want it. How bad do you want that success and then give your all to achieve it?
  3. IN = Be in the business with two feet, not just 50%. You will never succeed if you only give half your energy and focus. Once you start your business, you need to be in it 100%.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

You have a message to share, and the world needs you now more than ever. The fastest way to become the brand authority is to write a book, share your message and turn it into a scaling business. The time is Now.
