What's your business, and who are your customers? was created by fitness industry professionals to serve fellow industry professionals and their clientele. With a commitment to customer service and product quality, wants to help YOU private label supplements to market your brand with products YOU can trust!

Tell us about yourself

I established this private-label supplement company back in 2017 as a small business. In January 2020, my team and I expanded and rebranded our company into, and it is now serving hundreds of Fit Pros and Gym Owners across the Continental United States. With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I have always had a passion for helping others. As the owner of FASTER Fitness & Performance since 2008, I have had the opportunity to help countless people reach their goals. I also understand how clean, quality, great-tasting dietary supplements can help my clients succeed and bridge the gaps in their nutrition. When I couldn't find a brand I truly believed in, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create my own supplements. In the process, I decided to assist other Gym Owners and Fit Pros across the country to help their clientele as well as build a stable revenue stream for their businesses.

Each day I am motivated by being able to deliver great products and service to fellow gym owners knowing that I am helping build their bottom line, which will provide growth for themselves, their families, and their staff.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment would be scaling. Along with my wife and a few other amazing folks, I own and operate seven different entities, and I have been able to scale them successfully by empowering my staff to manage them and be successful. Without successfully scaling each business along with checks and balances, they would all most likely be subpar at best.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The hardest part is being able to say no. I'm a people pleaser at heart, and when I have to tell someone no, it's challenging. On that same token, it's also a challenge to keep everyone that I interact with that keeps all the wheels turning in my company happy. Being happy is a vital part of long-term employment and is very important to me. Being a small business owner that cares about every employee, the relationships that I build with my staff become very personal, and it's inevitable that emotions get kicked in and make things extra rewarding and challenging.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Number one, find a mentor. Learn as much as you can from someone that has walked a similar path that you want to walk.

Number two, Develop a team. Surround yourself with great people that you can trust. A great bookkeeper is vital to this list.

Number three. Plan and map out where you are going. Overplanning and preparing will only help you succeed. You need a solid roadmap for yourself so that you know where you're going and what you're doing in your business
