What's your business, and who are your customers?

HealthQb offers an evidence-based, quantifiable health coaching solution for individuals with chronic conditions. Our innovative approach increases resilience to chronic stress and facilitates behavioral change, leading to disease reversal.

Tell us about yourself

As a healthcare practitioner (HCP), I was seeing the emergence of wearable technology and understanding the immense value it can provide not only to patients but also HCPs. I wanted to develop a scalable solution to support the use of wearables clinically to improve patient outcomes and impact the healthspan of the population.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is seeing all the case studies of people who have been struggling with various health concerns take control of their health and improve their quality of life.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Understanding how to communicate our company's vision and mission effectively. We have a very science and data-heavy foundation, so it was a challenge to nail down our message that lands with users.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
