What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am proud to say that we offer both photography and podcast services to a wide range of customers. Our business is located in the heart of Las Vegas, next to a hotel, making it easily accessible for those who are travelling from out of town. Our customers range from actors and models to YouTubers and podcasters to corporations and entrepreneurs. Our studio is designed to provide a creative and productive space for all types of individuals and businesses looking to capture their vision through visual and audio mediums.

Tell us about yourself

My passion for content creation and my background as an artist led me to start this business. I saw the need for a versatile and well-equipped studio space for creatives in the heart of Las Vegas, and I wanted to provide a solution for those who want to create high-quality content, whether it be for podcasts, YouTube videos, short films, or headshots. My studio is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including microphones, lighting, costumes, and more, and I'm always eager to help creatives get the most out of these tools. Whether they need a private space to create their content or want guidance and support, I'm always ready to provide an amazing environment for their work. I'm motivated each day to empower other creatives to bring their visions to life and help them create content that they're proud of.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is the growth and success of my clients. I take pride in being a part of their journey and helping bring their creative visions to life. One particular example that stands out is the launch of Nora's Table, a mental wellness podcast, and X10 Generations, which are making a positive impact on the world. As a marketing manager, I am honored to provide them with a professional and well-equipped studio space that enables them to create high-quality content and achieve their goals.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the biggest challenges of being a business owner is striking the right balance between providing affordable services for my clients and ensuring that my business remains sustainable. As a passionate artist and content developer, I am driven to empower creatives to bring their projects to life through my studio space and equipment. While I would love to offer all of my services for free, I have to consider the expenses required to maintain the studio and provide an exceptional experience for my clients. I am constantly striving to find the right pricing balance so that I can continue to support the growth of my clients while also ensuring the longevity of my business.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Network, network, network: Building relationships with others in your industry and with potential customers is key to growing your business. Attend events, join groups, and make connections that can lead to future opportunities.
  2. Focus on your customer: Your customers are the lifeblood of your business, so make sure you understand their needs and are providing a product or service that meets those needs. Ask for feedback, listen to what they have to say, and make changes based on their input.
  3. Be adaptable: The business world is constantly changing, so being able to adapt to new trends, technologies, and customer needs is crucial. Stay informed, be open-minded, and be ready to pivot your strategy if necessary to stay ahead of the competition.
