What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is Interior Pool and Spa. Our experienced team shares a passion for serving our customers. Our interior staff is ready to assist clients with choosing the right pool or spa to get into their dream backyard oasis. We carry a wide variety of pool pumps, pool filters, pool heaters, pool cleaners, liners, covers, and much more. My customers are people wanting a pool and owning a pool and hot tub.
Tell us about yourself
I have been in business for 22 years and have owned Interior Pool and Spa for 14 months. My motivation comes from building a solid business with a good reputation. Always moving forward with technology. Customer service is number one.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is watching our staff become amazing employees and giving them the tools to succeed. Even when they didn't know they could do it. Your employees are what your customers see.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Being a business owner means being flexible with your time and your expectations. Sometimes it just doesn't work out the way you had expected. That is ok. Work with it.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- You must be disciplined.
- You have to really like what you're doing.
- Create a business that people are happy to do business with you.
