What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Soul Business Strategist for visionary female entrepreneurs who are here to build a new paradigm on earth.

Tell us about yourself

I always knew that there was a bit of a wild person woman me. By the time I was 21, I had traveled to about 25 countries (with no money at all), and my life was always joyous when I could do what I wanted at a moment's notice.

My life is very, very adventurous and freedom is my highest of values. I am originally from the Czech Republic. At the age of 17, I backpacked through Egypt. When I was 18, I spent six weeks in Indonesia exploring the country. When I was 20, I worked in the US for the first time, then in Peru for a year as a university professor and also in corporate (a tech company), then a variety of corporate jobs and an MBA. But with my entry into the corporate world, surrounded by people who were very, very different from me, I started losing my life force energy.

Suddenly, one day, I found myself in a corporate job where I was the top performer. Still, I was also becoming very, very bitter. For some of us, bitterness is a sure sign that I am off my soul's designed journey. So, the thing to do was to start a business. I first dove into building restaurants, which was much better than corporate, but still not who I was. By my design, I am a guide who sees the path for others.

Because of my adventurous nature, I got into business coaching, so I could be wherever I wanted to be… just me and my laptop. This was incredibly important. The beginning was not easy when I tried to put a lot of content out, launch a lot, and several times I ended up in a burnt-out space before I started learning about soul alignment in our business.

What motivates me are two things:

  • Number one, guiding my clients through emergence as an influential leader and visionary, a manifestation powerhouse, and a gorgeous leader who people want to hear from.
  • And two, having the flexibility to do whatever I want. I am a single mother (without a co-parent) to a 2.5-year-old. We live in Costa Rica, enjoying a two-year-old's dream life - jungle, ocean, and monkeys! And - all the time and the support for me to continue doing my deep inner work to become the most expanded version I can be!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Personal accomplishment - building a dream life as a single mother with my daughter and going from food stamps (when I was pregnant) to buying a beautiful property and house for us 2.5 years later.

Though, I am proud of who I have become in this process. I went from someone who could never be on stage or speak publicly, scared, unworthy, terrified of people, and being in abusive relationships (I was the abusive one) to healing myself over and over and over, opening my heart, and becoming a powerful guide for others.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Nothing needs to be challenging about being a business owner if we dare to learn about our inner guidance and heart, listen to it, and follow it. So many entrepreneurs in my world put out so many things, and no one buys them. Many think they have a marketing problem, so they hire coaches to learn the tactics and strategies. And it still doesn't work.

They don't understand that there is a very, very aligned way for us to create our masterpiece as an answer to a call. Similarly, there is a very aligned and unique way to market the masterpiece that feels good, even joyful and exciting.

The most difficult journey is the one with TRUST. Trust in our heart, how we feel, vs. the faith in what we have been programmed to do. We must be careful about what we buy into as the strategy that has worked for others because, 90% of the time, that is not our strategy.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

First, know that there is a journey to clarity and learning about oneself and our divine gifts that has to happen. That does not mean you don't take action, but every effort will allow you to get more clarity.

Second, when something isn't working, don't just go through the next spaghetti on the wall because it will turn out the same way. Work with someone or do the internal work to figure out - at a deep level - why this strategy didn't work for you.

Third, heal yourself as much as you can. Every trauma you heal, and every energetic block you release, lightens your frequency and allows for a deeper connection with your divine self. A soul-lead business was infinitely more potent than a mind-lead business.
