What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help anyone having intermittent or long-term sleep issues. I focus on helping athletes access regular high-quality sleep.

Tell us about yourself

I was a chronic insomniac for 15 years. My health was rapidly deteriorating, and I never thought I would sleep properly again, but I researched sleep science and created a plan than changed my sleep habits and my life. I now sleep almost perfectly. Having changed my life, I’m now motivated to help others who are also suffering from sleep issues and assist them with getting creating a plan that gets their sleep quality and quantity back on track.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Launching my website and helping professional athletes with their sleep quality.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The cost of promoting your brand.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Have a plan, stick to a budget, and ensure that you be prepared to regularly review your plan and be prepared to change it should you not be making sufficient progress.
