What's your business, and who are your customers?

We specialise in helping businesses create, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly known as Google AdWords).

Tell us about yourself

I was initially drawn to this field because of the challenge and excitement of helping businesses succeed online. I have always been interested in marketing and advertising, and the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of online advertising presented an exciting opportunity to help businesses reach new audiences and achieve their marketing goals.

What motivates me each day to do what I do is the satisfaction of helping my clients succeed. Seeing the impact that my work can have on their businesses, whether it's generating more leads or sales, increasing brand awareness, or improving overall ROI, is incredibly rewarding. I take pride in delivering results and providing value to my clients.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

One of my biggest accomplishments would be helping my clients achieve their marketing goals and generate positive results from their online advertising campaigns. For example, in the case of R-Tech Welding, we have managed to increase PPC revenues by 130% and traffic growth by 90% - both are clear indicators of success, and I would take pride in being able to contribute to those results.

Knowing that my work has helped a business like R-Tech Welding to grow and succeed would be a significant accomplishment for me and would motivate me to continue to deliver value and results for all of my clients.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

A major challenge is a need to balance multiple competing priorities, such as managing finances, meeting customer demands, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. This can be especially challenging for small business owners who may have limited resources or staff.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Know your audience. Understanding your target market and what they want is critical to the success of any business. Before you start a business or launch a new product or service, take the time to research your audience and learn as much as you can about their needs, preferences, and behaviors. This will help you tailor your marketing and sales efforts to resonate better with your target market.
  2. Stay focused and flexible. Running a business requires a lot of hard work and dedication, and there will inevitably be challenges and setbacks along the way. However, it's important to stay focused on your goals and remain flexible in your approach. Be willing to adapt and pivot as needed to stay on track and achieve your objectives.
  3. Leverage technology and data. In today's digital age, technology and data are essential tools for running and growing a business. Take advantage of tools like Google Ads, social media, and analytics platforms to better understand your customers and target your marketing efforts. Use data to track your progress and make informed decisions about where to focus your time and resources.
