Tell us about yourself
I am an experienced digital agency owner who emphasizes improving clients' online presence with reputation management, social media marketing, and SEO-optimized responsive website design. I started JDog Enterprises as a side gig to help small business owners navigate the internet and help improve their businesses. I really enjoy helping SMBs improve their online presence and guiding them in the ever-changing digital world.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Maintaining a profitable business for 14 years!
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Keeping a life/work balance, especially with a side gig! Also, learning to say no.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Stay passionate about your business!
- Positive cash-flow.
- Stay connected with your customers (i.e., actually meet with them or at least call them on the phone), no matter how automated the world becomes!
