What's your business, and who are your customers?

Warrior Fitness Camp is a Strength and Conditioning Transformation facility located in Davie, Fl. We focus on helping individuals transform not only their bodies but their mindsets as well. We have had 1,000's transformations happen inside these four walls. We focus on small group personal training and one on one personal training because we truly want our members to get massive value from their workouts. We personalize our nutrition and accountability coaching, so members achieve their goals.

Our mindset coaching component is the real game-changer. We are telling ourselves a story in our heads; we believe that story. The beautiful thing is we can change that story at any moment to support our mission in life. We truly are one big happy family. We strive to have a positive, safe and supportive community. We do fundraisers and charity events throughout the year. We have team hangs where we just get together and have a blast. We also do races, walks, runs, obstacle course races, and competitions.

We won Our City's Best Gym 3 years in a row. I won Best Personal Trainer 3 years in a row too. Our members truly mean the world to us. Our members are 70% Women ages 30-55 years old approximately, and 30% Men ages 30-55 years old approx. Our members are the bloodline of WFC. I always tell them that this gym is more theirs than it is mine. WFC has a high standard of service, and we truly work hard every day to provide that level of service. It truly shows in our reviews.

Tell us about yourself

I had a very successful Video Production, Photography, and Web Development company outside NYC for seven years. I was doing amazing and making a ton of money. I was training MMA and Weightlifting pretty hard at the time, and I started nutrition coaching people on the side. When people would tell me that " You saved my life," " I have the energy to play with my kids," and " I can fit into my clothes from college," it had a special tug on my heart. Then the lightbulb went off that this is my passion. It was such a strong pull on my soul, and it was undeniable. This was when I said to myself, I am going to pursue this passion and purpose of mine. I then started an online community, and I did it all wrong. I made no money. But It didn't stop me from pursuing my passion. I remember the day I sat down with my brother and went over the numbers to open a gym. When I reviewed the numbers, it was really hard for me to grasp how I was going to make this happen. I went to go get another certification; it was FitRanx.

I had a great meeting with my mentor Nick Rians after that certification. We came up with a plan to open the gym. I went, spoke to the city, and made a deal with them. We literally had a full-blown gym on the pool deck of Pine Island Park Fitness and Aquatic Center. It was outrageous. That totally blew up in 6 months. Then I made a deal with a gentleman to sublet his warehouse space; it was 800 sq ft. We packed that thing in with 130 members pretty fast. Then I knew we had to get a larger facility, and in about one year and a half, we got into our 5k sq ft facility. It was a scary leap, but I knew this was the right path. What motivates me to wake up every day to do what I do is the people. Helping people transform and live life with passion, zest and purpose is my mission on Earth. I get to wake up and follow my passion every day, and I am so grateful for that.
