I am a Master Chef. I created the seasoning blends to help people create tasty food without spending too much time in the kitchen.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

  • Owned restaurants for over 30 years.
  • Worked as a Kitchen Manager for meals on wheels.
  • Created 7 gourmet spice blends (3 more flavors in the works).

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

It's hard to keep production and sales ongoing. Also, trying to make an income is challenging.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Come up with a unique idea.
  2. Check out your competition.
  3. Stick with it.
