Kathy & Rosie - The Mind Wellness Coaches

Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey by launching a wellness business, but not sure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Kathy and Rosie of Tampa, Florida.

What's your business and who are your customers?

We help ordinary people with ordinary problems like we all have. We teach tools and techniques that help our clients see their situations in a different view. We also work on emotions.

Most people bury their emotions so deep they avoid them at all cost. We guide the client to gently release and be free to be happy

Tell us about yourself

Kathy has been interested in energy work for many years. She has many certifications and likes working on the emotional body.

Rosie has her masters degree in psychology and also loves helping clients get their lightbulb moments when what they see changes.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Changing someone's life in a short period of time.

What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Start now. It doesn't have to be perfect to start. Don't compare yourself to others

If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?

Help more people and see the results of their transformation.

What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance?

Create a perfect weekly schedule.

Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and why?
