What's your business, and who are your customers?

Customer Experience Expert who specializes in the female consumer and curating 5 Star Experiences. My customers are businesses that need help designing an experience that their customers can’t live without. As a keynote speaker, I inspire my customers to think differently about the thrift approach to the female consumer and the overall experience they provide. As the author of CustomHER Experience, I also provide written knowledge of my methodologies.

Tell us about yourself

I had a poor car buying experience which sent me on a quest to uncover how to elevate the experience women receive. People do business with people, not businesses. I’m motivated to elevate the human experience.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Working with brands such as Honda, Volvo, and Celebrity Cruises. Writing and publishing my book, CustomHER Experience.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Consistency in providing your own elevated experience!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Don’t give up - 99.9% of folks do.
  2. Think bigger. When you think your goal is silly big, then you’re just starting to think big enough!
  3. Find a niche - dare to be different.
