What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is focused on providing expert-level search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing services to a variety of companies. I have a wealth of experience in SEO, social media management, competitor gap analysis, PPC campaign management, keyword research and optimization, UI/UX design, conversion rate optimization, and content development. I work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and then tailor my services to help them achieve those goals. My ultimate goal is to help my clients improve their online visibility and increase their website traffic, conversions and revenue.

My customers are typically businesses that operate in a wide range of industries. They may be small businesses, startups, or established companies looking to improve their online presence. I work closely with my clients to understand their target audience and then develop a strategy that will help them reach that audience. I use a variety of tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research, and competitor analysis, to identify opportunities to improve website performance. I also provide ongoing support and guidance to my clients to help them stay ahead of the ever-changing SEO landscape.

Tell us about yourself

I have always been a curious individual ever since I was a little kid, and I took apart my dad's watch just to see how it worked. I may have been successful in taking it apart but putting it back together, well, let's just say it was beyond my 8yr old capabilities. But that curiosity has always been with me, and I enjoy understanding how things work, especially when it comes to SEO and digital marketing. I like to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field by reading Google search patents.

I started my own business because I used to work for a corporation, and I saw how people were being ripped off, and no work was being done for the money they paid. I wanted to change that and provide an honest and transparent service to my clients. I have always had a passion for digital marketing and SEO, and I have a wealth of experience in these areas. I love seeing the positive impact that my work can have on a business; seeing a website shoot up in rankings and seeing clients succeed is what motivates me to keep doing what I do.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner was when I worked with a local client, and within two months, they were generating around $5,000 a day from their business. This was a result of a combination of sales on their website and an increase in calls to their business, which reached over 1200 calls per month. This was a significant achievement for my team and me, as we were able to help this client achieve their business goals and see a significant return on their investment. This accomplishment solidified my client as a loyal customer, and I am proud of the work we did together.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is balancing the different aspects of running a business. Being a business owner requires you to wear many hats, such as being a leader, a manager, a marketer, a salesperson, and more. It can be challenging to manage different aspects of the business and make sure that everything is running smoothly. Additionally, there is always pressure to keep up with the latest trends in the industry and stay ahead of the competition. This can be challenging, but it's important to stay informed and adapt to changes in order to continue to be successful.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
