What's your business, and who are your customers?

I created Life With LeeNor LLC, a full-service marketing and consulting agency, to empower women to achieve financial independence and success. With my business degree in marketing and my own experience building two successful businesses, I help ambitious female entrepreneurs turn their business idea into success. In my programs, I teach my clients how to implement time-tested business and marketing strategies in order to scale their ventures.

At Life With LeeNor LLC, we work closely with our clients to understand and identify their business goals and convert them into actionable plans. We help and guide our clients through setup all the way to scale. With years of experience in helping businesses grow, we’ve mastered the skills of understanding business requirements irrespective of the industry they serve.

Our clients vary from brand-new start-ups to businesses that are ready to scale. We’ve helped entrepreneurs set up businesses, build productive teams, and make the most of the available resources.

Our mission is to bring clarity to the priorities, strategies, and opportunities within businesses or roles to help them achieve the exceptional results they desire. We strive to enable our clients to have a clear direction and focus and achieve success in all areas of their business.

As part of working with Life With LeeNor LLC, you will have the ability to benefit from a wide range of services. Once you're ready to start or scale your business, you will have the opportunity to choose from services such as start-up consulting, growth consulting, web design, Facebook commerce strategy, marketing strategy, branding, and social media management.

Something that we're really proud of at Life With LeeNor LLC is that we are not only a full-service agency but a flexible one. What that means is that while we have the skills to offer you a variety of business and marketing services, you get to choose what's most important to you, and we will curate a personalized package for you based on your budget and your needs.

Tell us about yourself

Starting my business was the best decision I’ve ever made. Being able to work from anywhere in the world, treat my mom to a three-week vacation in Europe, having the chance to see the world and learn from new cultures and experiences… I wouldn’t change that for the world.

Which is WHY it’s so important to me to help others do the same. When I was growing up, I watched my immigrant parents work really hard to sustain us. Now, being an entrepreneur and being able to give back to my family is the best blessing I could ask for.

I truly feel that my purpose in this world is to empower other women to be able to do the same. As a business and marketing consultant with a background in mindset coaching, I am able to help my clients find their passions and turn them into profitable online businesses so that they can live a life of freedom too.

I’ve helped clients start and grow their candle stores, jewelry stores, skincare shops, coaching businesses, graphic design businesses, virtual assistant companies, art pages, novels, clothing stores, and more. Seeing so many women around the world nurture their talents and passions and then turn those into streams of income has been incredibly empowering and rewarding.

And in that sense, I’ve been fulfilling my own dream - being able to help others succeed and travel the world while doing so. We really can have it all, but you first have to believe it’s possible. If you have a dream, know that your only limit - is your belief that you can’t. Everything is possible with the right mindset, determination, and professional support. If you have a dream, go for it. The risk of failure is much worse than the risk of regret.

Do you have a dream you really want to pursue? I’d love to hear it if you do! Send me a DM and tell me about it. Sometimes even just talking about it is the motivation you need to actually do something about it.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I am very proud of what my business has accomplished thus far. And I consider my biggest accomplishment to be the kind of transformations I facilitate in the lives of my clients. Watching my clients learn how to set boundaries, say yes to only what feels right to them, take on new business ventures, follow their passions, and grow their businesses in ways they never imagined - it's incredible.

I've helped my clients leave stressful jobs and become financially independent. I've helped my clients go from selling a few items monthly to receiving regular wholesale orders. I've helped my clients pursue passions they were scared to go after for years just because they were told it was "silly" or that they weren't good enough. I love what I do, and it is my dream to reach more women who are looking for the kind of services I provide so that I can help create a ripple in their life and, in doing so, generate long-lasting positive change.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Definitely the sacrifice of time and resources. You have to put your business first over a lot of things that you might have previously wanted to pursue. The first few years of business look like investing your money back into your business instead of spending it on luxuries and spending more nights working than partying. You have to learn to say no to things that are just distractions and really prioritize your time. It all pays off in the end, though.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Pick a niche - Before starting ANY business, you need to pick a niche. Why? Because in order to market your product or service, you need to understand WHO you're serving. You should know your target buyer persona better than they know themselves.

What do they eat for breakfast, what kind of neighborhood do they live in, and what do they do for fun? Only then can you speak to them about your product in a way that will resonate.

  2. Build a cohesive brand image across all platforms - Once you’ve gotten clear on who you’re serving and what kind of “vibe” you are going for with your product or service, you need to make sure that you have synchronicity across all of your platforms. Your website should represent your Instagram, should look like your TikTok, should mirror your LinkedIn, etc.

Basically, you need to stay ON BRAND. This just means that you are consistent with your brand image, which builds a sense of community and trust while simultaneously reducing confusion around what your brand really stands for or represents.

  3. Find a winning product - Whether you are a service-based or a product-based business, you need to find/create a winning product that will drive your sales.

If you are a product-based business, you will want to use trial and error or hire a product researcher to help you find a product that will consistently generate sales. The next step would be to launch this product on FB ads or FB commerce.

If you are a service-based business, you want to create a “no-brainer" winning course or service package that perfectly suits the needs of your target audience. Creating programs or packages that you know work well will help you sell confidently, knowing that the transformation or service you're providing is exactly what your clients need.

  4. Build systems that are in sync⁣ - Once you know your niche, you’ve built a cohesive brand, and you’ve found or created your "winning product,” you’re going to want to build a system that generates consistent sales. This can be a funnel, a launch system, ads, or something else that works best for your business. ⁣⁣

As a business and marketing consultant, I help my clients through every step of the process from start to finish, and that includes helping my clients build systems that will produce results.⁣

  5. Continue to grow and evolve⁣ - Lastly, never stop growing. As an entrepreneur especially, one of the most valuable traits you will ever learn is the ability to adapt. ⁣

If something is not working, and you remain rigid in your approach, you’re not going to make it anywhere. Learn to be flexible in your approach, whether updating your branding, trying new funnels, or even asking for help from a business professional, and you will make it much farther without the unnecessary stress and struggle. ⁣

And most importantly - keep going. Business takes perseverance, so even if you have to change directions or ask for help - just keep going, and I promise it will pay off. ⁣
