What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help women to look and feel their absolute best with amazing all-natural skincare and professional makeup products from LimeLife By Alcone.

Tell us about yourself

I started with LimeLife By Alcone when my daughter was having some facial breakouts (she was 16) and thought the world was coming to an end, as all teenagers do at the sight of a pimple! I did not want her to use harsh chemicals. I reached out to a friend and found out that a mutual friend was launching a chemical-free skincare line! My daughter started using it, and then so did I, I joined the company, and we have not looked back since, and that was seven years ago! I truly love the skincare line, and the fact that it has no harmful chemicals and is effective makes me so happy. The makeup is exceptional! It is the highest quality; in fact, it is the makeup you will find that all professional makeup artists turn to.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is knowing that I am in the service of helping women with all of their skincare and beauty issues. I know that when they look in the mirror, they smile and love how they look and that gives them the confidence they need to face whatever the day brings.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I think one of the more challenging aspects of what I do is being the leader of my team. I truly believe in each team member and that they can accomplish whatever goal they set for themselves. The challenge is getting them to believe it for themselves.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Dream BIG and set small achievable goals/markers to help you on your journey to Big things.
  2. Have confidence, and believe in yourself and your business.
  3. Ask for what you want and for help.

I truly love what I do and love to share these products and this opportunity to grow with LimeLife By Alcone, both personally and professionally. I am available for skincare and makeup consultations, home parties, and events.
