What's your business, and who are your customers?

LR Training Solutions offers search engine optimization and corporate training to organizations around the world. We help companies get a better web presence through unique online strategies. We provide training on tools like Google Analytics 4 and other platforms.

Tell us about yourself

I had a job at Google, and we had to go around the country and educate small business owners on how to grow online using Google Analytics, Google Business, and other Google tools for businesses. I realized that I enjoy training and helping businesses through insightful tips.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is getting deals with government agencies. This really helped me reach more people with my services.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Dealing with the ups and downs. Sometimes there can be slow months. I think having multiple streams of revenue can help during these times.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Have sufficient savings in order to make it through the slow times in business.
  2. Implement a constant process when it comes to growing a business. This could be marketing, social media, or reaching out to potential customers. Whatever it is, be consistent with it.
  3. Find mentors who are ahead of you and are where you would like to be in the future.
